About this Event

This session will be about lessons learned about the existing building code and a refresher of the changes to the Ohio Builing Code in 2024. The program will give architects a highlight of major changes of the overall building code, accessibility code, fuel gas, plumbing, mechanical and electrical code changes. The program will be led by Kettering, Ohio Chief Building official, Patrick Hillier, AIA.

This meeting will be held in person and there is also a Zoom component to it. Attendees will be able to choose, when they register, which one they will attend. Attendees will be send the zoom link the day prior to the meeting.

This course is approved for 2.0 AIA HSW credits.
