The 2024 Central Ohio Railroad Prototype Modelers (CORPM) Meet will feature model & historical displays, clinics, door prizes, small vendors, slide shows and an optional cookout. Most importantly, the CORPM Meet fosters fellowship amongst people of similar interests.
October 10th: Noon until??? This is setup and railfanning time for early arrivals. We will adjourn for a group dinner at around 5pm. When we return, there will be a slide show until we decide it's time to call it a night.
October 11th & 12th: Doors open at 8AM for setup on both days. We will get things going at 10AM with the first clinic of the meet. We will break for dinner around 5:30 and return for a slide/movie show. Door prizes will be taken care of at 2PM on Saturday and YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN, NO EXCEPTIONS. The extra-fare cookout will be held following tear-down and clean-up. A slide/movie show will follow. There are numerous lodging and dining opportunities along Route 95 and US23, just east of downtown Marion. Many of the national chains have properties in the area.
Registration at the door is $20.00 for the weekend's activities. There is an optional, meet-closing cookout on Saturday that will cost an extra $10.00 per person. There is NO daily rate for this meet.
