The annual CAMS Conference is an opportunity for all those involved in California commercial district revitalization to learn best practices, key trends, and economic development strategies to support small businesses and communities in a changing economy.

As our annual statewide gathering, the 2024 California Main Street Conference seeks to re-energize commercial district leaders and inspire new ideas to power their momentum into the future. California commercial district revitalization professionals and community stakeholders connect on best practices, key trends, and economic development strategies to help transform their Main Street, historic downtown, and commercial districts.

The past few years have been times of great change and challenges for downtown and commercial corridor leaders. The 2024 CAMS Conference's educational sessions will focus on some of the most pressing issues in Main Street revitalization in 2024 and beyond, including:

Located on Humboldt Bay and nestled in the redwoods of California’s North Coast, Eureka is rich in history, stunning natural beauty, and home to a vibrant cultural scene. Much of this charming city’s original 19th century commercial core has been preserved in its Old Town historic district, featuring boardwalk-lined streets and beautifully preserved Victorian buildings housing shops, galleries, and restaurants.
