In conjunction with the 2024 Reading Challenge, a monthly book club discussion will be held from 5 PM - 6 PM. One of the 12 challenges will be assigned to each month and participants will have the opportunity to share what book they read to complete the assigned challenge of that month. Participants can share why they chose that book, if they enjoyed it or not, along with whatever else they would like to share about their challenge selection. Participants may also share what book they will be choosing for the following month(s). Participation in the 2024 Reading Challenge is required in order to participate in this monthly book club, but participation in the monthly book club is not required in order to participate in the 2024 Reading Challenge. Ask a library staff member how to get signed up and to receive your very own book journal. November's selected challenge is to read a book by a BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ author. The 2024 Reading Challenge book club will be meeting November 21 from 5 PM - 6 PM.
