2024 Arctic Circle Assembly

The annual Arctic Circle Assembly brings together governments, organizations, corporations, universities, think tanks, environmental associations, Indigenous communities, citizens and others for a comprehensive and democratic Arctic dialogue. The Assembly is the largest gathering on Arctic affairs. It is a place for international engagement, cooperation and celebration.

The Arctic Circle Business Forum, a new initiative, will be launched at the upcoming Assembly. The Business Forum builds on ten years of Arctic Circle's successful operations, during which many businesses and financial institutions have credited their participation as instrumental for development and success. The Arctic Circle Business Forum participants will benefit from a wide range of connections, opportunities and networking events, along with discussions on future trends, entrepreneurship and finance.

During the Assembly's three days, the program of the Business Forum will include a diverse array of sessions, including high-level discussions on the Plenary stage, as well as sessions by invitation only, specialized programs and abundant networking opportunities. Lunch is booked separately for the Assembly registration ticket but is included in the Business Forum registration ticket.

If you want to take advantage of the Assembly lunch in Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre, please select a 1, 2 or 3-Day ticket when purchasing your tickets.

• Lunch in Harpa will be served with 3 different options available (fish, meat or vegan).
• All options are lactose and gluten free and come with a salad and vegetables.
• The price for 1 lunch in Harpa is 25 EUR.
• Total price for lunch every day (3 lunches) is 75 EUR.
  

This year, we offer Assembly participants the option of buying lunch tickets at the Hafnartorg Gallery, located in the Assembly Area.

• The Hafnartorg Gallery lunch ticket can be purchased in the registration system.
• The ticket is valid for one meal from a set menu and a soda.
• Tickets can be used at all restaurants at Hafnartorg Gallery, except Black Dragon and Smjör Bistro & Bar. More information on the restaurants can be found here.
• The price for 1 Hafnartorg lunch ticket is 28 EUR and includes a soda.

Please note that coffee / tea and water are complimentary throughout the Assembly days. Snacks will be available free of charge. The receptions are free of charge and provide complimentary food and wine.

Online registrations for the 2024 Arctic Circle Assembly close at 23:59 GMT on October 14th. Onsite registrations will open at noon, October 16th, on the ground floor of Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre.
