HERE WE GO PARTY PEOPLE! The official 2024 Annual Party In The Cove is here! AUGUST 3rd is the date where once again, we gather to tie-up the boats, and toss out our life jackets, rafts, floaties, lilly pads, paddle boards, and so much more with old friends, new friends, family, and strangers that certainly can turn into new friends, to make memories and share a day together on the water doing that thing we love called boating and living the lake life! Allens creek on Lake Monroe will certainly be rocking this year after an amazing turnout last year. I didn't get an official count on the number boats we had last year, but looking at the aerial shots it looked to be the biggest one yet. Let's keep the tradition alive and well and get even more people out this year! Extend this event invite out to every friend, colleague, acquaintance, that loves the lake life, and get as many people out as your boats can safely hold.
If you know someone that likes to party on the water, especially those that have a boat, let's add them to the list! If you don't have a boat, no worries that's what friends are for, just make sure the captain of the boat has a full cooler for the day, plenty of life jackets, and a smile on his/her face! With how much the event has grown, let's do our best to get the tie-up chain going back into the cove and get anchors out as soon as you get parked to help hold everyone in place. If you've never been to Lake Monroe, Allens Creek is where the party is and someone can help direct you to where you need to go.
Anyone that participated last year, feel free to share pictures, videos, etc. to help me drum up the excitement. I'll be posting a picture here and there periodically just to keep the excitement going until August! Can't wait to see everyone again this year!
I added as many people as I could that attended in the past, so share share share. I'm sorry if I missed anyone, promise it wasn't on purpose!
As a reminder that I say each year, let's make this a great event, but also a SAFE event so we can keep the tradition going for many years to come! Any questions please feel free to send me a private message and I'll answer as much as I can.
Thanks guys!
