About this Event
Welcome to the Oklahoma Ethics Commission online scheduling portal. This portal allows those who wish to contest a Proposed Compliance Order issued by the Commission to schedule a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge pursuant to ethics Rule 6.19.
Hearings are scheduled for the fourth Friday of February, April, June, August, and October. Before reserving a hearing date, you must sign and submit a hearing request. This can be found on the second page of the Proposed Compliance Order at issue. You can submit the signed request by emailing, faxing, mailing, or hand-delivering it to the following:
Oklahoma Ethics Commission,
State Capitol
2300 N. Lincoln Blvd, Rm. G-27
Oklahoma City, OK 73105
Email: [email protected]
Fax: (405) 521-4905
Signed hearing requests must be submitted to the Commission within the time provided in the Proposed Compliance Order. Failure to submit the hearing request before the deadline will result in the compliance order going final. Those who register for a hearing date that have not been issued a Proposed Compliance Order, who have not submitted a hearing request, or whose time to request a hearing has expired will be removed.
Registration for each hearing date ends 20 days before. This is to allow sufficient time for notice to and preparation by all parties. Spots for each hearing date are limited.
In-person attendance at the hearing is strongly recommended but not required. If you cannot attend the hearing date for which you registered, you may submit a written statement and any supporting evidence for the Judge to review. Failure to attend the hearing or provide a written statement will result in the affirmation of the Proposed Compliance Order.
Once registered, you will receive a Notice of Hearing prior to your hearing date at the address and email you have on file in the Guardian System. The Notice will confirm the date, time, and location of the hearing, along with additional information on the hearing process.
