2024 ACC Sports Sustainability Conference

This conference is designed for representatives of athletics, sustainability, facilities departments, faculty and students from each ACC current and future member school, though people outside of the ACC are welcome to register.

WED JULY 10

• 5:00 - 8:00 PM: Conference Registration and Welcome Reception (meal included)

THURS JULY 11

• 7:00 - 9:00 AM: Breakfast available at dining hall (meal included)
• 9:15 - 11:45 AM: Session I & II
• 12:00 - 1:15 PM: Networking Lunch & Presentation (meal included)
• 1:30 - 5:15 PM: Sessions III & IV
• 6:30 - 8:00 PM: Optional Group Dinner

FRI JULY 12

• 7:00 - 9:00 AM: Breakfast available at dining hall (meal included)
• 9:15 AM - 12:00 PM: Sessions V & VI
• 12:00 - 1:00 PM: Networking Lunch (meal included)
• 1:15 - 3:30 PM: Tours (Optional)

CONFERENCE LODGING:

ON UM CAMPUS

• Single bedroom apartments with bathroom (20 apartments available): $183 total for two nights of 7/10 and 7/11 (book during Eventbrite registration)
• Two bedroom apartments with bathroom (5 apartments available): $300 total for two nights of 7/10 and 7/11 (Note: if sharing with another attendee, just have one person book the room during Eventbrite registration to avoid booking more than one room)

OFF CAMPUS

THesis Hotel (https://thesishotelmiami.com/) (10 minute walk): $219/night + taxes & fees (book direct with code provided in confirmation email)

TRANSPORTATION:

• Airport to Campus: Can take metrorail from airport to University Station on metrorail or use rideshare service.
• All campus lodging and THesis Hotel are walkable to meals and conference sessions.
• Rental cars are not needed, but if you will have a vehicle, parking will be available for $13 a day per vehicle.
