The complete pitcher offseason training program will be hosted by Coaches Mike Thrun, Travis Thompson, and Myles Smith. Throughout this program, players will learn and practice arm care, pitch grips, sequencing, throwing mechanics and complete a progressive program that includes long toss, band work and drills that will help increase velocity, improve control and teach player how to pitch and attack hitters.
This program is geared towards players 13U and older. The camp is TWICE per week (Wednesdays & Saturdays). See sessions below for times.
Wednesdays - Dec. 4, 11, 18 / Jan. 8. 15, 22, 29 / Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26 / Mar. 5, 12
AND
Saturdays - Dec. 7, 14, 21, 28 / Jan. 4, 11, 18, 25 / Feb. 1, 8, 15, 22 / Mar. 1, 8
Session 1 - Wednesday 5:00p / Saturday 12:00p (noon)
Session 2 - Wednesday 6:00p / Saturday 1:00p
Session 3 - Wednesday 7:00p / Saturday 2:00p
