The Life Academy 200-Hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training (1 August 2026 -30 September 2026) is designed for dedicated practitioners who are ready to step into teaching with clarity, skill, and confidence. This program focuses on mastering the Life Hot Yoga series while developing the versatility to teach effectively in both heated and non-heated environments, with an internationally recognised certification.
