Our course is held over 11 weekends commencing October 2025 to fully qualify in June 2026.

*Pranayama techniques and breathwork
*Meditation - understanding brainwaves to discover inner stillness

*Applied anatomy- Common health issues, safety and modifications to prevent injury, benefits and contra-indications
*Learn yoga therapy techniques for mental health, injuries, surgery rehabilitation, postural issues, hormone balancing, back and disc issues, sciatica, neck, shoulder, hip, knee issues.

*Teaching methodology, adjustments, effective lesson planning, intelligent sequencing
