Certification: Registered with Yoga Alliance USA & Soham Ashram India — eligible for 200 RYT worldwide

Over 5 immersive weeks, you’ll deepen your asana practice and alignment skills, learn breath, pranayama and meditation with clarity, explore yoga philosophy, chakras and subtle body work, build confidence in sequencing, instruction and adjustments, and discover how yoga can transform your life — on and off the mat.
We welcome all levels: whether you’re just beginning, committed to personal growth, or ready to teach with depth and confidence, you’ll find your place here.
📚 Curriculum Highlights
Theory: Philosophy & history of yoga, yogic ethics & principles, meditation, pranayama & breath mastery, anatomy, yoga therapy & injury awareness, chakras, Kundalini, Ayurveda & Panchakarma
Practical: Hatha & introductory Ashtanga practices, Sukshma Vyayama & yogic detox, bandhas & drishtis, alignment & adjustments, Yoga Nidra, sequence building & prenatal yoga
Teaching Methodology: Class planning & yoga therapy, asana instruction & verbal cueing, injury prevention & attentive practice, teaching kids & seniors, business skills for yoga teachers, practical teaching labs

We invite you to commit to discipline, punctuality, daily practice, healthy eating, active participation, completing readings, assignments and karma yoga, and maintaining a positive, supportive community mindset.
Bring: Yoga mat, blocks, straps, knee cap, water, tissues, notebook & pens, and a white outfit for graduation day

Mon–Wed: 7.30 - 10.30 am
Fri & Sat: 10 am–4 pm
Thu & Sun: Off
Evening Option:
Mon–Wed: 6–9 pm
Fri & Sat: 10 am–4 pm

💰 How to Reserve
To reserve your spot, contact us via email, Facebook, or Instagram to inquire about tuition fees and pay the registration fee. The remaining balance is due on or before the first day of the course. Please note that the registration fee / deposit is NON‑REFUNDABLE and NON‑TRANSFERABLE, so make sure you are fully committed before paying.
In the event of cancellation by Soham Yoga Egypt, fees will be fully refunded. For health-related cancellations, you may attend online or join a future course with proof. If a pandemic or other force majeure affects the course, the booking fee will remain non-refundable until new dates are announced. If you wish, your deposit may be transferred to another course within one year, provided the full course fee is paid.
