Our yoga school is led by Meadow DeFosche-Christ, eRYT-500/YACEP and Lexie Wolf, RYT-500, who will be supported by our experienced Yoga Garden PBO faculty, each of whom come from different backgrounds and offer their personal styles and perspectives on the Science of Yoga.
Upon graduation, you will be certified to teach at the Yoga Alliance 200-hour level, but our training is not only for those who wish to become a yoga teacher. It is also for those wishing to dive deeper into the Science of Yoga and develop their personal practice both on and off the mat. You do not need to be an advanced practitioner to enroll. All you need is an open heart and sincere desire to explore the benefits yoga has to offer both in the studio and in our everyday lives.

Yoga Teacher training meets one weekend a month for eight months, beginning September 2025 (no training in December).

You do not have to want to be a teacher to join our teacher training. Yoga can transform your life when it is practiced as a lifestyle. If you do want to become a yoga teacher, our training will prepare you exceptionally well.
