There will be ups and downs, plateaus and breakthroughs. Together we will hold each other up and emerge with new life skills and lifelong friendships. You will become a certified Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance with the designation of RYT 200. It is not necessary to have any desire to teach. This training is a personal journey of transformation. We will delve into so much more than the yoga postures. You will deepen your physical practice, learn about the Chakras, read the ancient texts, breathe and so much more. Space Limited.
