A Journey into Living Yoga, Rooted in the Sacred Earth
This is not just a training, it’s a rite of passage.
The 200hr Earth Wisdom Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive, land-rooted journey into the heart of Yoga, designed for those ready to embody the teachings in every layer of life. Held in the sacred sanctuary of Nelson, BC, and guided by the rhythms of nature, this program weaves classical Hatha Yoga with the intuitive wisdom of the Earth, Tantra, and embodied leadership.
Here, you will not only learn to teach.
You will remember how to listen.
To the breath. To the body. To the Earth.
And to the quiet knowing inside you.
This training honors the soul of Yoga while asking the deeper question:
What does it mean to be a Yogi in our modern world?
Over the course of four weeks, you’ll explore:
– Functional + trauma-informed asana
– Tantric philosophy through the lens of the Goddess
– Ayurveda, nervous system literacy, and somatic awareness
– Primitive skills & regenerative earth practices
– Voice, ritual, and the art of spaceholding
We gather not to perfect, but to awaken.
To remember that Yoga is not a performance, but a way of being.
One that calls us into presence, into responsibility, and into relationship with all that lives.
Whether your path leads you to teach, or simply to live more fully, this journey is a reclamation of your voice, your truth, and your place within the web of life.
It is an invitation to rewild your true nature, and to remember the unique heart song you came here to sing.

A Note on Nature & Hands-On Learning ///
Please know that this training is deeply rooted in the natural world. We spend a significant amount of time outdoors… walking, hiking, sitting with the land, and learning through direct connection.
Some days will include hands-on earth practices such as foraging, regenerative farming, and working with plants. This is part of the Yoga, a return to rhythm, relationship, and embodied learning.
Come prepared to move your body, get your hands in the soil, and be in conversation with the more-than-human world.
