200hr All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.
January -October 2026

In 10 months you will become a certified Lucky Cat Yoga Teacher of All Levels Vinyasa Yoga teacher who will be able to register with Yoga Alliance. You will learn the art of yoga and meditation, that includes essential foundational postures, yoga anatomy, meditations, breath work, yoga sequencing, mantra, prop use, history, philosophy, intro to: chair, kids, and prenatal yoga, and the business of yoga.

+plus 1-2 hours of a virtual component.

4 holidays off
You can miss up to 3 Saturday lectures, before you have to pay to make up the missed sessions.
1-2 practice per week for 10 months with Eric and Erin
