Our in-person teacher training programs offer the most comprehensive yoga education in Southern Utah led by Jenny Compas, E-RYT500, YACEP and Melissa Christensen, E-RYT500, YACEP. Between them, they have decades of experience teaching and are both YA approved trainers.
Tuesdays & Thursdays - 6p.m. - 10 p.m. and Every Other Sat - 10:30a.m. - 6:30 p.m. starting January 10th
(1/10, 1/24, 2/7, 2/21, 3/7, 3/21, 4/4, 4/18 and 4/25)
*last two weeks have varied times for practicum
