Tools of War
Players must bring:
• Their army, fully assembled and battle-ready
• Dice, tape measure, and all relevant rules publications
• At least two physical copies of their army roster (one for event staff, one for opponents)
• If using electronic devices for rules references, ensure they are charged and accessible at all times
Army Construction
• Armies must not exceed 2,000 points
• Build your army using the latest Warhammer Age of Sigmar Faction Packs, legal Battle Tomes, and Battle Profiles 2025-26
This event will use Best Coast Pairings (BCP) for pairings and scoring. Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the software to speed up registration and roster submission. Rosters must be uploaded before Round 1 and will remain hidden until the first-round pairings are generated.
While BCP is recommended, in-person registration is available on the day of the event. Players who do not use BCP will still be paired and scored manually.
Pairings
Round 1 pairings will be randomly determined. Subsequent rounds will use a Swiss system, pairing players with others of similar records. If you are paired against someone you have already faced, notify the event staff for a correction.
Scoring
At the end of each game, players must input their results into Best Coast Pairings or notify event staff to do so on their behalf.
