We envision for our 200 hr yoga teacher trainings to not only be a transformational immersive experience for you, but to be a catalyst that bridges the gap between your spiritual and daily life. We want to support and empower you on this inward holistic yoga journey from Tennessee to your home life through online pre and post-training two hour live calls with your facilitators and fellow yoga students.
