This foundational training program is designed for dedicated students who wish to deepen their personal practice and develop the skills to teach with confidence, clarity, and integrity. Whether you plan to teach or just looking for a wonderful opportunity for personal growth on your yoga journey.
Students attend one weekend of training each month for 12 months. Each weekend builds progressively, allowing students to integrate knowledge steadily while cultivating their authentic teaching voice. Program graduates will earn their 200-hour yoga instructor certification and will be prepared to teach safe, thoughtful, and embodied classes rooted in tradition and informed by modern understanding.
