This 200-hour course is designed to enhance your understanding of yoga. Through asana, meditation, breathwork, and mindful living practices, you will cultivate deeper self-awareness and connection to yoga and your own spirituality.🧘♀️
The foundation of the course is based on the history and practices of the 8 limbs of Raja Yoga, an ancient tradition of the classical yoga of Patanjali.

• Develop a stronger connection to body, mind, and heart
• Proper alignment for safe and effective practice & teaching
• Foundational anatomy and hands-on assists
• Meditation, breathwork, and mindful eating practices
• Safe sequencing and class structure

-We can negotiate meeting times as a group
-Make up classes by appointment
-Everything is included in the tuition except the required reading list books (see syllabus) and Yoga Alliance Registration. Total cost of books will be about $60

TUITION
Early Bird: $1,900 total; please pay deposit before July 1st
Regular: $2,200 total; please pay deposit before November 1st

Tuition for the course is $2,200 (regular rate). A deposit of $300 prior to July 1st reserves the early bird rate ($1,900). All costs, except the required reading list books (~$60) and your optional registration with Yoga Alliance, are included in the tuition.
