Disko's 200HR training will include in-depth study of yoga philosophy, anatomy and postural alignment, mindfulness and meditation, an introduction to the business of yoga, workshops with doctoral guest faculty, and much more. Module 2, Empowered Teacher, will have an emphasis on embodied alignment & modifications, finding your voice as a teacher/leader, mindfulness, and the business of yoga.
