On 31st January 2026, I open the next 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Before I travel to Africa, I’m offering this space for those who feel called to start now.
This training isn’t about rushing toward a certificate.
It’s about slowing down enough to truly listen to your body, your breath, your inner wisdom.
Yoga and Ayurveda have shaped every chapter of my life,
and this training is an embodied sharing of what has been lived, practiced, and integrated over decades.
