200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (2026–2027)
A transformative journey into embodied leadership, self-discovery, and purposeful teaching.
Whether you’re deepening your practice, exploring yoga as a path of self-awareness, or stepping into teaching and space holding, this training supports you in growing confidence, clarity, and presence—on and off the mat.
What this training supports-
You’ll be guided through three core pillars:
Embodied Leadership
Learn to lead with authenticity, confidence, and grounded presence—holding space for yourself and others in a way that feels steady and real.
Deepened Self-Awareness
Through movement, breath, and inquiry, you’ll build a stronger connection to your body and inner wisdom.
Purposeful Teaching
Gain the tools to design and guide classes with intention, clarity, and care—whether you teach professionally or simply share yoga in your community.
What to expect
A supportive, inclusive, and hands-on training environment that blends structured learning with embodied experience. You’ll receive mentorship, real-time teaching practice, feedback, and the support of a committed community.

Skills to sequence and teach safe, inclusive yoga classes
Confidence in leading with authenticity
Anatomy, philosophy, breathwork, and meditation foundations
Real-world teaching experience + mentorship
A supportive, like-minded community
Tools for teaching in studios, online, or in your own way
Training schedule (2026–2027)
In-person weekends:
Oct 3–4
Oct 24–25
Nov 14–15
Dec 5–6

Feb 6–7
Feb 20–21
Mar 13–14
Mar 27–28
Apr 17–18 (Graduation)
Weekly online sessions:
Tuesdays, 6–8 PM
In-person training times:
Saturday 1–8 PM
Sunday 12–4 PM
(All sessions are scheduled with consideration for the existing studio class schedule. The first Tuesday session will be held in person to begin the journey together.)
Investment: $3,200. $500 deposit reserves your spot.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by September 3rd. If you apply after September 3rd, full payment is required at the time of enrollment.
