Our comprehensive curriculum goes far beyond physical postures. You’ll explore yoga philosophy, meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and the art of mindful teaching.

This training is led by a dedicated yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and 14 years of teaching experience. You’ll receive expert guidance in a supportive, small-group setting—ensuring plenty of personal attention and hands-on learning.
