200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Our teacher training program has a strong history of helping students grow into confident, knowledgeable and authentic yoga teachers. Many of our graduates have gone on to teach within our own studio and throughout the community, which speaks to the strength of the program and the hands-on experience it provides. Our faculty is made up of experienced and passionate teachers who bring expertise in anatomy, philosophy, meditation, breathwork, sequencing and the practical skills needed to lead a safe and inspiring class. Flexible pricing and payment-plan options are available, and all trainees also receive a complimentary studio membership throughout the program.
