Tuesdays 5:30pm to 7:30pm *online
Tuition: R28,000 (includes lectures, manuals, assessment fees, free classes during the course and for 3 months after)
This transformational Yoga course focuses on Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Applied Yogic Philosophy for daily life and is registered with the Yoga Alliance International.
Lectures, tutorials and topics include:
- anatomy
- Vinyasa and Yin asanas
- 8 Limbs
- Chakras
- Cueing skills
- Sequencing and choreography
- Hands on guidance
- Modifications and props
- Reflexology
- Selfless service
- Business of Yoga
Students emerge from this course as confident and compassionate teachers. We offer a held space within each group and encourage practice teaching from day one. Along with written assignments, students are given feedback in their final teaching assessments in order to achieve their Certification.
