The 200-hour yoga teacher training course at Bali Yogshala is a yoga course taught by respected and well-experienced teachers at the school. During the tenure you are able to learn basic to intermediate fundamentals of yoga meditation and pranayama. The course is on multi-style yoga so there are many different asanas and practices which you learn from the teachers of the school.
