Event: 20 Miles in Merritt Island! X4CF Training PaddleDetails: This training paddle will be on the Intercoastal only OR intercoastal plus ocean, depending on conditions. Lunch at Dolphins right after for those interested! This will be a fun filled day of paddling where we push for 20 miles. This paddle should take approximately 6 hours (give or take depending on wind) so is a good way to see how you feel on a longer paddle.

Parking:
Parking is free, we are finishing where we start so no need to move cars. After the paddle the restaurant is directly next to the launch site. Any of the spots by the water are OK. Boat trailer parking that would be ideal for paddlers to double park each other to leave room. Additionally there is the ability to get there a day early (Friday) and spend the night to just walk down to the water since its a resort on the water.

Board, paddle, hydration, nutrition, sunblock, neon paddling shirt, PFD (personal flotation device), leash
