We examine how mental health shapes financial choices, offering insights and strategies for managing emotional triggers.

Key topics include the emotions behind financial decisions, the role of vulnerability, the social norms that discourage seeking support, and guidance on where to find help.

Participants will leave with valuable tools to manage the financial stress that can arise during challenging times.

About the Huddersfield Health Innovation Partnership

The Huddersfield Health Innovation Partnership is a collaboration between the University of Huddersfield, 3M Buckley Innovation Centre, Business Kirklees, the NHS and other local and regional health and wellbeing partners.

This ecosystem of public, private and third sector organisations offers business support initiatives, such as industry-related events, 1:1 mentoring, grants for product development, proof of concept and employee wellbeing, as well as access to a Health Innovation Network.

This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
