Join youth from across Minnesota and around the nation for two days of conservation action, environmental leadership, outdoor ethics, science, service, and fun.
The IWLA Youth Convention is not a conference where you sit and listen. It is a chance to roll up your sleeves, make a difference, build friendships, learn new skills, and discover how conservation leaders are made.
Hosted by the Minnesota Valley Chapter of the Izaak Walton League and the nationally recognized Green Crew program, this free event brings together youth who care about wildlife, water, forests, public lands, outdoor recreation, and the future of our communities.

Green Crew is a youth-led, science-based environmental leadership and conservation service program headquartered at the Minnesota Valley Chapter of the Izaak Walton League in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Recognized by the New York Times, Minnesota Public Radio, and national conservation organizations, Green Crew engages youth in hands-on conservation work, environmental science, leadership development, and community service.
