Join Cat Kabira in this 2-day workshop for an innovative approach to this ancient yogic energetic system. Learn how much your chakras impact your day to day life and what you can do to support them. You’ll leave rejuvenated, resourced, and refreshed.
We’ll start with practices for you to connect with your chakras in creative, powerful, and inspiring ways. Meet yourself at your core and bring to light what’s ready to be felt, rewired, and integrated. Come prepared to move, breathe, meditate, dance, sweat, and experience yourself on a whole new level. Practices include: embodied movement, yoga, dance, breathing exercises, self healing techniques, group energy healing, somatic practices, and vision quests.
After our practices, we move into a lecture-discussion format in which we explore the chakras In-depth and understand the physical and energy anatomy associated with them and how your psychology and emotions are also impacted.
This workshop is great for you if you’re new to the chakras or if you’ve been working already in subtle energetics and are ready for deeper connection.
Cat’s chakra sessions are known to be original and powerful and not to be missed. Leave lit, centered, lighter, and grounded.
This workshop is suitable for all levels – from beginners to advanced students.
