Welcome to the Positive Pathways Corporate Wellbeing Program
Designed and facilitated by a registered psychologist, the Positive Pathways Wellbeing Program is a two-day holistic workshop that draws on positive psychology principles and evidence-based strategies to promote mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. This unique program empowers leaders and professionals to build resilience, manage stress, and foster a culture of wellbeing within their teams and organisations.
Chronic stress, burnout, and poor mental health can lead to reduced productivity, disengagement, and high turnover rates. By proactively addressing these issues through a structured, holistic wellbeing program, businesses can:

During this two-day immersive workshop, participants will engage in dynamic learning experiences that focus on the following core areas:
Day 1: Understanding Psychosocial Risks, Mental Health and Stress Management in the workplace
- Identifying psychosocial risks in the workplace and their impact on mental health
- The neuroscience of stress and how chronic stress affects cognitive function and emotional regulation
- Practical strategies to manage stress on both a personal and team level
- Experiencing a powerful sound meditation session to reset and recharge.
Day 2: Building Positive Habits and Creating Lasting Change
- Building emotional resilience to navigate challenging work environments and high-pressure situations
- Participating in activities to identify and align your purpose
- Breaking unhelpful habits and developing new, positive routines to promote wellbeing
- Designing a personalised 90-day wellbeing roadmap to improve overall health.
In addition to a 2 day workshop the program includes:
- A live sound meditation session
- Light lunch, coffee and snacks provided
- A pre-workshop confidential Wellbeing Indicator Questionnaire that provides insights into participants wellbeing across 8 core wellness areas (Mental Health, Physical, Environmental, Financial, Spiritual, Occupational, Intellectual and Relationships)
- Post workshop coaching session by a psychologist to follow up on progress.
Workshop to be held in person in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane from 9am to 4pm on the 24 & 25 October . Additional information on the location will be provided post registration including address and transport options.
