A specialized, high-repetition weekend clinic built exclusively for track and field throwers determined to break personal records and master the ring.

While standard track practices focus heavily on runners, this 2-day intensive program shifts the entire spotlight onto the field. Led by Robert N. Isaac at the McCracken Middle School field, athletes will strip down their throwing technique to the fundamentals, eliminating bad habits and replacing them with championship mechanics.

Whether you are a beginner looking to learn proper glide or spin footwork, or an advanced high school competitor trying to clean up your release angles and orbit paths, this camp delivers the hyper-focused, individual coaching feedback required to unlock explosive throwing power this summer.

⚠️ Important Camp Disclaimers

Liability & Injury Waiver By registering for this camp, parents/guardians acknowledge that track and field throwing events (shot put, discus, javelin, and hammer) involve inherent physical risks. Robert N. Isaac, the coaching staff, and McCracken Middle School are not liable for any injuries, medical expenses, or damages sustained during the camp. A physical digital waiver will be sent to the email address used during registration and must be signed by a parent/guardian before the athlete is permitted to enter the ring on Day 1.

Inclement Weather Policy This is an outdoor camp. In the event of severe weather (lightning, extreme torrential downpours), sessions may be delayed or paused. Because we have a strict no-refund policy, if a session is completely rained out, registered athletes will be granted a priority credit to reschedule for any available future weekend clinic throughout the summer season.

Photo & Video Release Coach Isaac may utilize biomechanical video analysis software during instruction to help athletes break down their form. Additionally, promotional media may be captured during the camp. By purchasing a ticket, you grant permission for video footage and photography of your athlete to be used strictly for instructional feedback and future camp marketing materials. If you wish to opt out, please notify via text (872.265.3266) prior to the start of camp.

Hydration & Physical Condition Clearance Parents are solely responsible for ensuring their athlete arrives physically prepared for a high-intensity, 4-hour outdoor session. Athletes must bring their own hydration (water/sports drinks). By completing registration, you confirm that your athlete is in good physical health and has no medical conditions that would prevent them from safely participating in strenuous athletic training.
