Over two mornings, we will:
👉 7:00 – 9:00 AM – Begin with kriya, pranayama, and personalized yoga (Ashtanga Mysore Yoga) for all levels
👉 10:00 – 12:00 AM – Dive into yoga philosophy and reflective inquiry to cultivate a practice rooted in tradition and alive in your own experience. Explore yoga as a tool to meet yourself with steadiness, clarity, and connection
Whether you are new to Ashtanga or a seasoned practitioner, this immersive workshop is designed to meet you where you are. Over these two mornings, we will explore yoga as something far beyond postures - a way of meeting yourself with steadiness, clarity, and connection.
