2 Day Meditation WorkshopThis event is for both beginners to have the opportunity to try different types of meditation and for experienced meditators to share their experiences.
It's held in my beautiful meditation room so places are limited to 5 only.
The course will include:
DAY 1
A cord cutting ceremony to free us from connections that no longer serve us
Soul Retrieval - healing to free us from upsetting situations or events from the past that hold us back
Meditation to meet 3 of your Spirit Guides
Shamanic Drumming Meditation - Lower World journey to meet your power animal
DAY 2
Shamanic Drumming Meditation - Upper World journey to see something from your future
Past Life Regression - experience 3 past lives. See for yourself who you were, what you looked like, when and where you lived
Meeting and chilling out with your past loved ones - human and pets
Many people think "I can't do it" when they begin to meditate but it only takes practise to start to feel the massive benefits gained from meditation.
Refreshments will be provided but you either need to bring your own lunch or we've got a fish and chip shop that delivers or a fab cafe that delivers everything you can think of, including Sunday Dinners for £6.75
Your investment in your development for this course is £80 which includes 2 days tuition, course material and refreshments.
It's on a first pay basis, sorry, no exceptions. Showing yourself as attending the event does not secure your place.
If you'd like to pay in installments before the event, that can be arranged by messaging me.
Please note that we have 5 affectionate, friendly dogs. If you are scared of dogs we'll do our best to keep them from you but it's their home so you might accidentally meet in the hall way or if you are allergic to them, it's probably not the right place for you to learn.
Course times will be 10am to 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday.
