About this Event

Mark Winburn from Winburn Steel will be teaching students how to forge and finish an integral bolster Ceveryday carry (EDC) knife.

An integral bolster knife is a knife where the blade, bolster and tang are all made from a single piece of steel.

In this two day introductory knife class, you will forge an integral bolster knife from a 3/4" round bar of carbon steel. You will go through the entire process of forging, grinding, heat treating, gluing up and shaping handles and come away with your own finished everyday carry (EDC) knife.
