The Baltimore City Office of Emergency Management, in partnership with the Mayor's Office of Community Affairs and Morgan State University, is excited to welcome you to our two-day Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Training.
Prepare for an engaging, hands-on learning experience where you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively during emergencies. Throughout this two-day course, participants will learn practical skills in emergency preparedness, fire safety, disaster medical operations, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster response.
