You and your galentines (though all are welcome) deserve the best and that’s precisely what we’ve prepared for our February Wine Club Event. Hearts will melt over the main course: a pan-roasted rosemary chicken matched with our Artist’s Red Blend. The evening will come to a sweet end as friends gather to clink glasses of Sweet White, celebrating the bonds that make Galentine’s Day truly special.

Wine and Galentines- Wine Club Dinner Menu ($79 per person):

• Start Your Evening with a Rose for my Gal cocktail
• Garlic Pull-a-Part Rolls with Tomato Stracciatella
• Lobster and Shrimp Risotto Winter Truffle Pesto, Fresh Chives | Paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive February Wine of the Month: Artist's White Blend
• Pan-Roasted Chicken Breast Aged White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Charred Broccoli, Red Grape-Rosemary Reduction | Paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive February Wine of the Month: Artist's Red Blend
• “Pain au Chocolat” Dark Chocolate Glazed Mini Croissants with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Chocolate-Almond Croquant, Macerated Berries | Paired with a "Sweet Duet" of Sweet Red and Sweet White

Note: Additional drinks or cocktails not on the event menu may be purchased. Wine pairings may be substituted with select wines on our wine list.

Wine Club Pairing Dinner is hosted on Sunday, February 2 @ 5:00PM. Reservation includes tax and gratuity.

• Wine Club Guests must be 21+
• Event reservations close 48 hours prior
• You will be seated with other guests during this dinner, since that's the fun of it!
