Chocolate truffles get even better when you make them with flavored balsamic vinegars! These truffles are perfect for Valentine’s Day and will be sure to WOW your loved ones!
Diana will help you prepare your chocolate, pour it into cute little molds, add balsamic vinegar and chocolate fillings. This class is part demonstration as well as participation.
Some of the balsamic vinegars used in this class: Caramel, Blackberry, Cherry, Espresso and Cherry
*This class includes a take-home silicone mold and 18 balsamic chocolate truffles in a candy box and a take-home information sheet.
Class size is limited to 10 for best experience
