🕘 9:00 AM...we will take off by 9:15AM
🚗 Park by the splash pad (first parking lot off Rupert Rd)
No entry fee, No prizes....just a free gathering of great people to meet and make new friends while moving our bodies.
Come move your body and connect with an amazing community 💪
Whether you’re rucking with a weighted vest/backpack or just coming for a walk, this event is for ALL fitness levels. Bring your kids, spouse, friends, or come solo and make new ones. You belong here!
We’ll meet at the splash pad parking lot and head out together for a 5K route through the park.

I’ll have some 1stPhorm fuel on hand to share, and we’ll kick off the morning with energy and encouragement 🙌
