It is the 1st Saturday of the Month Sound Bath at Hand Craft Yoga!Join me for the upcoming sound bath meditation from 10:30 am to 11:30 am and let me guide you along with the gentle vibrations of sound to a state of deep relaxation and bring you back to your natural balanced state.

Consider joining the 9:30 am yoga class in the hour before the Sound Meditation that Hand Craft Yoga offers at 9:30 am. (Your first class is free and she has a great drop-in rate for future classes.)
During the sound bath meditation, you can lie down or sit in a comfortable position in the studio. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one or there are some mats and bolsters available. Dress comfortably and be ready to relax and unwind your mind and body.
