1st Saturday CE-5 Meditation June, July, August and Sept

This summer the GTA CE-5 Group is hosting 4 free public group meditations at the Leslie Spit. CE-5 is human initiated contact with ETs and is a message of universal peace, love and unity.

It is a 4km 45 minute walk out to the meditation spot. You are required to carry your own gear out and back. So this event is not for those with mobility issues unfortunately.

These are not family events. Anyone is welcome who is of the age they are studying spirituality and engage in meditation. There will be periods of quiet self reflection and a noise free environment is required.

1. 8:00pm depart public washrooms

2. 8:45pm deadline to arrive

3. 8:55pm - 9:00pm Quiet The Mind Breathing

4. 9:00pm - 9:21pm CTS Meditation (21 min)

5. 9:21pm to 9:26pm Quiet self reflection.

6. 9:26pm to 9:47pm CE-5 Meditation (21 min)

7. 9:47pm - ? Socializing & sky watching.
