Come and join us for a way to get active, connect with other like minded individuals & be outside to kick off March with a FREE 5K. We will meet at the entrance to Oxbow Trail to get started, then walk the pathway. Feel free to bring a weighted vest or ruck to make this more challenging!
High protein drinks, energy drinks, and healthy snacks following the event will be provided. All levels of fitness and families welcome.
Please note that this is a stroller/bike friendly walk so bring those kiddos!
