Step into the beauty of the season and join us for our first outdoor classes of the season overlooking Onota Lake, beginning this Friday!
This special evening offers two opportunities to practice in nature. Start with a gentle, grounding yoga flow at 5:30 PM to help you arrive, unwind, and reconnect - followed by a deeply restorative sound bath at 7:00 PM to calm the nervous system and carry you into the weekend feeling centered and at ease.
Attend one class or enjoy both for a full evening of movement and restoration.
