Welcome the new year by going on a hike with our park rangers!
Meet at Pelican Point at 11am and choose one of two hikes.
Smokey Hill Hike: 1.75 Miles. Walk the Smokey Hill Trail to the Swim Beach and back. Walking surfaces will be paved for gravel for the full hike. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed.
Wetland Hike: 2.7 Miles. Walk from Pelican Point to the Wetland Loop Trail and back. Walking surface is dirt, mud possible. Dogs cannot join this hike.
Once the hikes conclude meet us at the campground at 2PM office for soup and hot chocolate.
