Join us on Thursday, May 28th at 6pm for our 1st ever carnivore dinner party, co-hosted by Pellicano Marketplace in Wheatfield, New York. This party is an exclusive W-Club party for W-Club members and their guests. There is no limit on guests that members may bring. So, start the weekend early by joining us for a great time on a Thursday!!The Carnivore Dinner Party Package:
A meat focused grazing table to include Pellicano Vineyard's Famous Brisket, Vineyard made Italian sausage, parsley potatoes with vegetables, bread, & salade along with a 3-hour bar package to include select beer, wine and soda for only $75 pp plus NYS Sales Tax!!!
But hold on, we haven't gotten to the actual fun yet.... Weather permitting, we are planning to open up the Tank Room and make this an indoor/outdoor party with live music and dancing!!
But wait for it, we still haven't gotten to the best part... Pellicano Marketplace is co-hosting this event with us so that we can do a meat give-a-way just in time for the 4th of July!!! We will give away about $1500 worth of meats, wine and event tickets to include whole tenderloin, Prime Rib, Pork Loin, cases of chicken breast, Trays of Vineyard made 3/4lb meatballs, brisket, special event tickets, wine...
Here is how the evening and give-a-way will work:
Important Times:
Doors will open at 5pm to check in.
Bar Package: 6-9pm
Grazing Table: 6-7pm
Music: 5-8pm
Meat Give-a-way: 8-9pm
How it works:
-Each ticketed guest will receive 50 numbered tickets when checking in.
-Before 7:30pm, each guest may enter any number of their tickets into the various meat drawing baskets that they would like to win.
-About 8pm, we will draw multiple tickets for each meat drawing. Each person whose name is drawn will go onto the spinning wheel; we will decide who wins that particular meat drawing by spinning the "Carnivore Wheel". If the wheel stops on your name, you win that meat drawing, over $1500 worth of meat & wine to be given away.
Important note: You do not need to bring coolers as certificates will be given out to all winners for pick up either at the winery or at Pellicano's Marketplace at a later date.
Notice: This is not a meat raffle or a fund raiser. This is a dinner party with live music with a free meat & wine drawing to showcase both Pellicano Family businesses. Must be 21 or older to attend. Tickets are non-changeable or refundable. We reserve the right to edit wording or event details to comply with any applicable laws. This is a W-Club exclusive event, for members and their guests, however, minimum ticket sales required or the event will be offered to the public.
