Join us for our First Annual Golf Tournament for Hazel's Heroes: Driving for PDCD Research. Registration starts at Noon. Shot Gun start at 1 pm. Beer/Soda/Water provided.
Cash raffle after dinner.

$400 - 4 Person Team (includes dinner immediately following)
$15/person - Dinner Only for Non-Golfers
