🏋️‍♀️🔥 Derby High School’s FIRST Annual Powerlifting Invitational 🔥🏋️‍♂️History is being made in Derby.
Join us as Derby High School hosts its first-ever Powerlifting Invitational, featuring 100 high school lifters—50 girls and 50 boys—from 5 competing schools (and counting!).
Athletes will compete in the three core powerlifting movements — squat, bench press, and deadlift — with three platforms running simultaneously, keeping the energy high and the action nonstop throughout the day.

• Doors open: 8:00 AM
• Lifting begins: 9:00 AM
Whether you’re a lifting fan, a proud parent, or simply want to support local student-athletes, this is a community event you won’t want to miss.

• Adults: $5
