Paralyzed Veterans of America Tri-State Chapter is excited to invite you to our first annual Capabilities Expo. In honor of our previous Treasurer, Dan Service. He started this and we are trying to carry on his vision. He wanted to hold an event that people with any disability (not just veterans) could come learn and find resources to help make their lives better.
